Jharkhand Polytechnic 2020 Application form: Procedure to apply

Candidates mainly planning to submit their forms for Jharkhand Polytechnic 2019 must read the eligibility criteria mentioned above. So, only those applicants are allowed to apply who will meet the requirements mentioned above. You can check the step-wise procedure to apply for the examination here as follows-

• The applicants can also submit their application forms through any of these modes- online OR offline.
• The application process is mainly now available from 28th March 2019.
• So, in case of online mode, the applicants have to login to the official website to apply for Jharkhand Polytechnic 2019.
• Mainly on the other hand, in case of offline mode, the applicants have to buy the application form along with information bulleting from the Main/Sub/Grand Post Offices of the state.
• The mode of payment will also be included in the information bulleting. The application fee for Jharkhand Polytechnic 2019 is mainly Rs. 650/- (for reserved categories the fee is Rs. 325/-). The fee can also be paid either through online or offline mode.

Jharkhand Polytechnic 2020 Exam Center

JCECEB will be conducted at various examination centers in 7 districts across Jharkhand.

PECE 2020 will be conducted at following districts –

• Ranchi
•  Hazaribagh
• Jamshedpur
• Dhanbad
• Dumka
• Chaibasa and
• Bokaro

Candidates will be given the option to select two preferred locations of examination center

Allotment of exam center depends on the complete discretion of conducting authority

Once allotted, the candidate cannot request the change in the exam center

JCECE Preparation Tips

Here are a few handy tips that could help candidates form a solid preparation strategy for JCECE 2020:

• Candidates must focus more on the important topics from each subject. Also, revise important formulae and basic applications from the textbooks.
• Solving the previous year JCECE Question Papers. Practice online mock tests of the exam keeping in mind the time limit and negative marking in the exam.
• Important Topics for Physics section- Kinematics, Current Electricity, Electrostatics, SHM & Waves, Thermodynamics and Fluid Mechanics
• Important Topics for Chemistry section- Chemical Kinetics and Bonding, Periodicity of Elements, Solid State, Thermodynamics, Basics of Organic Chemistry and Carbonyl Compounds
• Important Topics for Mathematics section- 3D & Vectors, Quadratic Equations, Application of Derivatives, Differential Calculus, Sequence and Series and Probability
• Important Topics for Biology section- Human Physiology, Plant Physiology, Reproduction, Ecology and Environment and Genetics

Jharkhand Polytechnic Counseling 2020

Only candidates who have obtained positive scores will be considered in merit ranking. Candidates placed in the merit list are advised to read the counselling information carefully for appearing in the admission process.

JCECE Counselling Round 1

• After the declaration of JCECE Result, qualifying candidates will be called for the first round of counselling based on merit ranking.
• The round of counselling allows candidates to choose their preferred institute.
• Following scrutiny of the required original certificates/ documents and fulfilment of the laid eligibility criteria, candidates are allocated seats.

JCECE Counselling Round 2

• This round is held in case some seats remain vacant after the first round of counselling.
• Candidates who have been already allocated seats in the first round of counselling can also participate in upgrading their allotted college.
• To confirm admission, students are required to pay the seat acceptance fee of INR 1,000 drawn in favour of Controller of Examination, JCECEB, payable at Ranchi.

Documents Required for JCECE Counselling 2020

Candidates must present the following documents in original as well as a set of self-attested photocopy of the certificates to participating in JCECE counselling 2020:

• Admit card, Mark sheet, Passing certificate (original/provisional) of Class 12.
• Admit card, Mark sheet, Passing certificate (original/provisional) of Class 10.
• Local Resident Certificate issued by SDO (Civil)/ DC of Jharkhand state.
• Caste Certificate issued by SDO(Civil)/ DC of Jharkhand state.
• 1 Passport size photograph (made from the same negative of photograph uploaded during JCECE Registration.
• JCECE 2020 Admit Card
• Disability Certificate issued by Medical Superintendent/CMO/Head of Hospital.

Fees structure: INR 2400 (Tuition fee per annum )-for General / OBC INR 600(per annum for SC and ST).
